1. Who we are

Aoora: Relationship Map on aoora.app is operated by AOORA APPS, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. We are the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@aoora.app.

2. What we collect

Your email address and account settings; the names, dates, times and places of birth you enter for yourself and for the people you compare with; what you write in the service; the status of your subscription and the reference of the payment provider (we never receive your full card number); technical data such as device type and IP address.

3. How we use it

To calculate and show your reports, to sign you in and keep your account secure, to process payments and renewals, to answer support requests, to keep the service working and to meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers working on our behalf: hosting, our payment provider Solidgate, email delivery, AI text generation for the written parts of reports, and customer support tools. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profiles and content; payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data and withdraw consent you gave. Write to support@aoora.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Children

The service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
