Subscription Terms

What happens when you pay. Paying on aoora.app means you accept these terms and agree to a subscription that renews automatically. The payment screen shows the price of your first payment, any trial and its length, the price of renewals and how often they are charged. A confirmation email repeats these details.

Trial period. If your plan begins with a trial, it moves into a paid subscription automatically once the trial ends. To prevent this, cancel before the end of the trial.

Access. Your access starts immediately after the payment is made and covers the entire paid period.

Immediate start. You ask us to start providing the service immediately and confirm you understand that, once access is open, a legal right to withdraw from the purchase (if you have one) is lost.

Renewals. The subscription renews each period until you cancel. Uninstalling the app is not the same as cancelling.

Cancellation. You can cancel at aoora.app/cancel-subscription or through support@aoora.app. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until your paid period is over. Different subscriptions must be cancelled one by one.

Refunds. Refunds are decided at our discretion. A period that is in progress or finished is generally not refunded.

Same price while you stay. After you subscribe on aoora.app, the price and billing conditions of your plan stay as they were when you signed up. Changes to prices apply only to subscriptions started later.
