Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Aoora: Relationship Map bought on aoora.app from AOORA APPS, LLC.

1. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@aoora.app from the email address of your account and tell us the date of the charge and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.

2. How we decide

We review every request individually, taking into account how the service was used and the law that applies to you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may need several days to show them.

3. Cancellation is separate

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; it does not refund past ones by itself. See Cancel a subscription.
